Consultant Sasaki Associates, Inc. in association with AECOM will present the draft CBD (Central Business District) Master Plan and Retail Study at a public meeting where the consultants will request comments and input from the audience.
Six areas in Clayton are proposed for development opportunities. The Meramec Gateway presentation should be particularly interesting to Old Town residents because it involves development plans on N. Meramec. Your input is welcome.
Sasaki Associates of Boston was selected to update and revise the Central Business District (CBD) portion of the Business District Master Plan and produce a retail and marketing study and action plan for the CBD. Data collection and interpretation performed by consultants from Sasaki Associates and Economics Research Associates/AECOM is well underway. A public meeting to review findings and solicit feedback from attendants via a charette was held on January 21, 2010. You are invited to view the January 21, 2010 presentation HERE and send your feedback to masterplancomments@ci.clayton.mo.us.
