Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of Clayton, Missouri at 5:30 p.m. Monday, May 4th, 2015, in the 2nd floor Council Chambers of Clayton City Hall, 10 North Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, Missouri to consider the following applications:
111 North Central Avenue
Part of Lot 2, Block G in the Bemiston Subdivision
Rezoning the subject property from R-3 One & Two Family Dwelling District to C-2 General Commercial District to permit the construction of a 30-space surface parking lot.
25 North Central Avenue
Lots 10-12 and parts of Lots 13 & 14, Block 5 in the Town (now City) of Clayton
Rezoning the subject property from HDC High Density Commercial District and CBD Core Overlay District to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District and to consider the terms and conditions of the PUD if the property is rezoned.
The proposed PUD would permit the construction of a 123,806 square foot, 6 story building located on top of a 2 level below grade parking structure. The building will contain 13,297 square feet of ground floor retail, 121 residential units, and 145 parking spaces.
At said hearing interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. Plans for the proposed project can be viewed on the City’s website at www.claytonmo.gov/PendingApplications.
